Meet Our Cafeteria & Special Area Teams! Our cafeteria ladies and special area teachers are an important part of the FES family! Each day, they help make school a welcoming, fun, and engaging place for our students—from delicious, nutritious meals and lunchtime smiles to creativity in art, music, movement in PE, and adventures in the library. We’re so thankful for the kindness, energy, and dedication these amazing team members bring to our Blue Devils every day!

Team Meade, let’s show up BIG. Can Meade County Schools have the best attendance in the state? We think so!
Every student. Every school. Every seat matters.
Let’s pack our classrooms on September 9th and show Kentucky how Team Meade shows up!

Students can log their reading and work toward exciting challenges right from home or at school. We can’t wait to see our Blue Devils reading, growing, and reaching their goals!
Check out Josie and Emberley, two of the three students (Absent: Bryson) currently at the top of our schoolwide Beanstack Leaderboard. They got an extra spin for House points (and extra candy!) on Fun Friday!

Our first Spirit Day is Friday, August 28! Let’s fill the school with BLUE! 💙

Stuart Pepper Middle School – Tuesday, October 20 | 8:30–10:00 AM
There’s no cost to attend, but space is limited because it takes place during the school day. All participants will complete our school visitor process, including a background check, to ensure the safety of our students and staff.

Here's to a fantastic year of learning, teamwork, and making memories!

These forms are required for every student and help us:
✅ Continue offering free breakfast and lunch to all students
✅ Provide access to school health services
✅ Make sure your child is included in the yearbook and other school events
✅ Support the programs and services that benefit every student
Thanks for helping us get the year off to a strong start.

Thank you for helping us teach our Blue Devils to learn, create, and achieve!

Every Meade County student will receive free breakfast and lunch throughout the entire 2026–2027 school year.
Once again, we submitted our application using the important information families provide through beginning-of-year forms, and we have officially been approved for another year. We are excited to provide this benefit to every family while ensuring all students have access to nutritious meals each school day.
