Dr. Jessica Turner graduated from Campbellsville University in 1999 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. She went on to obtain her Master’s Degree as a Reading/Writing Specialist from the University of Louisville in 2006 and her National Board Certification in Literacy in 2010. In 2015, she completed an additional Master’s Degree in K-12 Administration and Supervisor of Instruction through the University of the Cumberlands and went on to complete her Doctorate in Educational Leadership through the Cumberlands in 2024.
Dr. Turner has been an elementary teacher, elementary principal, district administrator, and a regional literacy consultant and leadership coach. She is a passionate educator and leader at her core who loves students and puts them first in all she does.
Jessica is married to Clinton and they have two children, Ty and Caleb. She loves being outside on the farm with her dogs, working in her garden, traveling, going to the beach, and doing all sorts of water activities.
She is honored and blessed to be a part of the Meade County School district and to lead the Flaherty Blue Devils!!
